Best Deal Newest Cell Phones And Plans

To all the dire fans of the first generation of the Blackberry Storm, wait no further because Blackberry has just released the Storm2. Want to learn the new without forgetting the old? No worries the Storm2 incorporates everything from the initial Storm, just improving on user experience and superior functionality. In today’s world where every second counts, the Blackberry Storm2 has been improved with today’s convenience in mind; with web page loading times greatly reduced and tools greatly enhanced, you wont be waiting around while your device is lagging away. RIM’s SurePress Technology has either hit or miss with users, but this latest feature in the Storm2 has promised its critics an easier mode of functionality that will to ease the minds of doubters. Both flash memory and onboard media memory have been doubled from the original Storm, now 256MB, and 2GB, respectively. The new Wi-Fi capabilities of the Storm2 alone may be reason enough for many to make the upgrade immediately.

Another noticeable difference it that the Storm2 has added some extra grams but in return, the Storm2 enhanced the build of their devices into a more solid piece of equipment. Another cool improvement is the Storm2’s main display is built with less of the unstable movement of its predecessor. Also the chief buttons are now integrated on the main screen eliminating the pesky dust that always seem to find its way in between the cracks of the Storm’s original buttons. Slightly moving the speaker port to the bottom of the device has eliminated the need for speaker feet on the original Storm, allowing sound to be heard clearly when the Blackberry Storm2 is lying flat on a surface. When we had a look at other phones, the Palm PRE & Palm Pixi stood out as having similar features.

For anyone who’s an owner of the original Storm, there is no need to run out and upgrade right away. The Storm2 carries wonderful features that would make any potential mobile user drool. If the Storm is working just fine and you don’t need an upgrade right away, the original Storm is far from being a device out of date. Not convinced if you should hold on to your original Storm? Well aside from the new construction differences that set the two devices apart. There is gossip in the Blackberry world that there will be a software upgrade for original Storm holders, giving Storm users close if not the same functionality as the Storm2. With a noticeably better feel to the new device, once contracts are up and consumers have plunged into the upgrade, they may just wonder why they waited so long.
