During the recent years Sony Ericsson has been releasing some really good phones under the Walkman range but they have not successfully broken through in the market. First of all we have the W995 that have been released in May 2009. This phone offers a 2.6 inch color display which is indeed one of its negative points when compared to today’s phone offering. However the phone makes up for its weakness in other areas. Indeed the phone is great when it comes to entertainment with the Walkman features: Shake control and SensMe. This place the phone as top of the range in the entertainment category. Another strength of the phone lies in its 8 MP camera providing users with some crisp pictures. A must for those desperate for an entertainment phone.

The Satio is another great phone from Sony Ericsson. Fitted with a 3.5 inch touchscreen display the phone provides a rather intuitive control. The main strength of this phone is based on its 12 MP camera. The device is fitted with a LED and xenon flash to make sure that picture is taken in the best condition. When it comes to connectivity the Satio will not disappoint you with a fast Wi-Fi connection and 3G connections. The negative point is the flash that really lack power sometimes- a real pity for a 12 MP camera phone.

The Xperia X10 is a really great phone that is being launch in early 2010. It will be based on the Android operating system and expect to build on the success of its predecessors. In terms of display the XPERIA X10 comes with a 4 inch touchscreen display ensuring some great user comfort. In terms of connectivity the XPERIA X10 will have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connections allowing you to stay within reach wherever you are like. The phone will also come with a built-in GPS receiver making it a welcoming addition to any busy traveler. A much awaited phone that will unfortunately come after the holiday season.
